Sales Development Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Nurture and manage your team of Sales Development Representatives
• Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member
• Identify and generate prospect opportunities, taking a strategic approach to prospect engagement
• Report on team and individual results and KPIs, constantly driving performance improvement
• Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and
productivity

• Excellent written and spoken English
• 2+ years of B2B sales management experience
• Self-starter with proven success as a sales leader
• 3+ years in experience in Inside Sales/Sales Development/Appointment Setting
• Preferably with a Digital Marketing background
