Sales Support Specialist

The Sales Support is responsible for providing administrative and operations support to Sales to include documentation and facilitation of passenger boarding related requirements like sales reports, production report, sales quotation, Contracts, ticketing, distribution of package inclusions e.g. T-shirts, hand-outs. You report directly to the Sales Sr. Manager.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing administrative support to Sales in documenting, monitoring, and facilitating sales and customer related requirements.
- Prepares and submits Management Reports such as but not limited to Sales per Branch/Port.
- Maintain inventory management for package inlcusions like t-shirts, brochures
- Assists in preparing, filing of quotes ,and final contracts to include other sales arrangements and disseminate this to Hotel Operations, Passenger Terminal Operations and destination port.
- Ensures prompt and quality execution of welcoming, Briefing and boarding assistance to all groups.
- Joins on-board travel of groups as required.
- Provide other administrative support as may be assigned by the Travel Group Sales Team for the achievement of overall Sales targets.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Graduate of any Business related course
- 1 year work experience
- Interpersonal Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Understanding Domestic Shipping market
