Sales Support Specialist

-To provide administrative support to sales team in connection with processing customers' inquires, sales planning and controlling
-To maintain own BoB Sales support (Book of Business) of C and D customers which are not under the care of the BDM. BoB can be adjusted at any time.
-Scope of work is within the Cluster of Singapore and Malaysia and not restricted to the location where where the sales support member is located.

-Diploma in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Logistics and Transportation
-Business Administration / Commercial background
-Minimum 3-year experience in the freight forwarding industry
-Some experience in communicating with customers
-Local market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers)
-Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts, understanding of customer requirements, analysis and resolution of problems and complaints
-Competent in MS Office
-Self-management (Planning, Organizing & Goal setting, Execution)
-Decision-making capabilities
-Self driven and with strong spoken and written communications skills
-Relationship building and maintenance capabilities
-Flexible and able to work under datelines
