Head Chef

Acuaverde Beach Resort located in Laiya, San Juan, Batangas is looking a Head Chef under the Kitchen Department.

Job Summary:
- Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in the activities of all personnel engaged in cooking and preparing food in the kitchen and to ensure that standard food preparation and service are maintained.
- In-charge of running the daily operations of the kitchen, manage the kitchen staff to ensure that the highest quality of food is served to our guests, and ensure that all food and labor cost goals are met.

- Culinary graduate
- Five years experience in Hotel/Resort in the same position
- With knowledge in Food & Safety Management System
- Ability to track expenses and manage food cost
- Strong attention to detail, creative and ability to lead and manage kitchen team
