Head Chef

-The Head Chef will manage the over-all operations of the cloud kitchen
-Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities
-Ensure the variety, quality and quantity of servings to avoid wastage and losses
-Plan orders of equipment and ingredients. Ensure smooth and safe kitchen operation
-Continuous training of kitchen staff
-Ensure that food preparation complies with nutrition, sanitation and safety standards
-Ensure complete on time delivery of food orders
-Review menu for enhancement and rationalization as needed

-Has proven ability to manage the kitchen
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
-Good understanding of computer and software applications
-Has Culinary degree or equivalent experience
