Lending Support Officer

- Review and validate home loan supporting documents
- Review and validate Responsible Lending & NCCP documents
- Complete data entry on the lender/funder’s lodgment portals for home loan applications
- Update Award internal system for each task completed
- Communicate with brokers and internal stakeholders timely for the progress of each application
- Naming & tagging supporting documents according to Naming & Tagging Protocols
- File and archive documents correctly and accurately
- Report compliance and process breaches to TL
- Willing to commute/relocate to Manila.

- Preferably FRESH GRADUATE
- Proficient in English both verbally and in writing
- Attention to details
- Honest, reliable with solid self-discipline
- Common sense and adaptability
- Great team player
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- Confident in speaking up and sharing/promoting the best work practice
- Strong customer focus and professionalism
