We are looking for the following positions to be assigned in our soon to open 4-Star Hotel in Legazpi City.

Position: Sous Chef

Responsibilities:
-Assist the head chef in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes for hotel guests, maintaining a focus on taste, presentation, and consistency.
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations, proper food handling, and adherence to all safety and hygiene standards.
-Coordinate and supervise the preparation of meals during busy periods, ensuring smooth service and timely delivery to customers.
-Contribute to menu planning and development, suggesting new ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
-Maintain a well-organized and clean kitchen, managing inventory, and overseeing equipment maintenance to uphold a professional culinary environment.
