Customer Service Associate

To sustain relationship with target healthcare professionals through consistent call coverage, communication of relevant product information, and other activities in relation to achieving company objectives.

Monthly basic pay: Php13,000.00

-HMO Medical benefits for Dependents: Available upon employee (principal's) regularization; Phpp150,000.00 Maximum benefit per illness per year. Premium 60% covered by company. The employee will shoulder 40% of the annual premium
-Employee Medical Assistant: Maximum Php10,000.00 year, available upon regularization
-Sick Leave: 15 days per calendar year. Carried over to the following year up to maximum total of 90 days
-Vacation Leave: 15 days per calendar year, up to 10 unused vacation leave converted to cash at the end of the year (non taxable)
-Other Insurances: Group Personal accident Insurance upon hire - Php500,000.00. Life Insurance upon regularization - Php500,000.00
-Potential Total monthly pay: Php27,000.00 **subject to government contributions

• With a Bachelor's degree.
• Graduate of Business or Health Science - related course is an advantage.
• Must have good communication skills.
