Key Account Specialist

-Direct reporting to the seller success supervisor.
-Engage with sellers through chat, calls, and messaging platforms in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
-Build and nurture strong relationships with sellers, understanding their unique requirements and providing personalized support.
-Take ownership of sellers' issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems and ensure satisfactory outcomes.
-Proactively reach out to existing sellers for updates, feedback,
and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
-Identify opportunities to improve processes in chat and messaging support. develop and implement enhancements to improve response times, streamline operations, and enhance the overall customer experience.
-Other tasks that may be assigned by the superior.

-Bachelor's degree in any field.
-Proficient in MS Office (word, excel, Powerpoint).
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
