QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 5 years' end-to-end solid recruitment background.
• Must have good understanding of technology and technical roles
• Significant experience in successful sourcing and selection of variety of niche roles
• Experience in advanced sourcing techniques like Boolean or X-ray search
• Must be detail-oriented, process-driven, structured and organized.
• Resourceful, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability in working within fast paced and in changing environments across multiple systems
