DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maximize revenue by monitoring the reservation process, upselling, and ensure all inquiries are being attended to.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly property performance reviews and develop strategic and tactical action
• Responds to communications to all types of guests concerning reservations through different platforms.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends and market activities.
