DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Must be fluent in all hotel products and services.
• Handle all inquiries from different booking sources in a courteous manner.
• Ensure that all reports are updated daily, precise and factual.
• Handle customer queries and complaints relating to Rooms Reservations, Spa Reservations & Special Event Reservations.
• Understand the key principles of Pricing Strategies and Revenue Management.
