DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensures all staff are aware of the current rate structure and daily availability of rooms.
• Meet agreed operational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales.
• Establishes and oversees strict adherence to the key control procedures
• Analyses customer feedback on quality and efficiency of service in the various Front Office sections
• Resolves conflicts and/or issues existing within the department
• Oversees and assists the Front Desk during heavy check-in and check-out
• Motivates staff to perform better in all areas and Delegates responsibilities to subordinates effectively
