Branch Manager

We are hiring for Branch Manager to be assigned at SM Podium.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Hit personal and service targets
-Manage overall branch day to day activities including overall store appearance
-Ensure excellent branch customer service
-Implement and monitor branch directives, policies and procedures
-Manage and motivate branch employees
-Provide product and soft skills training

-Graduate of any 4 year course
-With at least 5 years work experience in leadership or management role
-Willing to work onsite (Monday-Sunday)

Skills:
-Good communication skills (oral and written)
-Can work under pressure and prioritize task on hand
-Can lead a team towards common objectives
-Train and develop branch employees
