Executive Assistant

Role: Female Driver Executive Assistant
CEO Location: Batasan Hills, Quezon City

-Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive/CEO
-Clerical and administrative duties writing letters, reports, and other documents
-Arranges travel and accommodations for the Executive as needed
-Performs additional duties as assigned by Executives
-Can perform routine checks on the company vehicle assigned.

-Must know how to drive
-With a valid driver's license
-With knowledge of road safety regulations
-Must be punctual and reliable
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
-Highly proficient about computers, with the ability to learn new or updated software
-Maximum age requirement is 45 years old
-Ask how much they charge is on-call
