Collection Specialist

- Negotiates with clients for collection of delinquent accounts.
- Conducts field visits to assess the overall condition of delinquent accounts.
- Prepare and send collection letters, statement of accounts and re-pricing letters.
- Evaluates, assesses and recommends if the delinquent account should be endorsed to Legal Services or Remedial Management Division.
- Prepares branch's recommendation to defer filing of legal action to Area Collection Officer.
- Update remarks in the AMS delinquency report/tableau. Performs all the other related functions as may be officially required.

• Graduate of any business course
• At least one (1) year of work experience in collections
• Above average verbal and written communication skills
