Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Actively seek new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals.
2. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
3. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
4. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the assigned territory.
5. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends to maximize sales.
6. Expedite resolution of customer concerns and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
7. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.

-Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or relevant role in [industry or sector].
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
-Self-motivated individual with a results-oriented approach.
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
-Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
