Business Development Manager

• Research and Identification: Research and identify reputable PR agencies specializing in dating applications in the Philippines and internationally.
• Strategy Development: Develop strategies and plans for sourcing PR agencies of the desired scale across all social media channels and competitive apps.
• Team Building: Build and lead a Business Development team to expand the company's business development efforts.
• Execution and Assessment: Discover and assess PR agencies based on monthly evaluation requirements.
• Impact Reporting: Report on the impact of PR agency activities, providing insights into the most effective ways to measure performance across individual channels.
• Collaboration: Work closely with company administrators to support and drive business growth.

• At least 2+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
• A general understanding of agency operations and business development processes.
• A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• A motivated, self-starting individual with a passion for the industry.
• Ability to thrive in a results-oriented, fast-paced team environment, with the flexibility to work remotely.
