Responsibilities:
-Actively listen to customers’ concerns and provide solutions through various channels (phone, email, and chat) in a timely and professional manner.
-Respond to customer inquiries and requests via online platforms and phone calls.
-Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding the product, and document interactions in an organized manner.
-Sort and identify patterns in customer issues, escalate urgent matters, and follow up for clarification.
-Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
