Sous Chef

We are seeking a talented and organized Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and support the Head Chef in daily operations. In this role, you will assist in menu planning, oversee food preparation, and ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, strong leadership skills, and experience in a high-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
-Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing dishes.
-Oversee kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
-Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet standards.
-Maintain inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
-Train and mentor kitchen staff on techniques and safety protocols.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
