Executive Assistant

This position is in a hybrid setting so applicants must be willing to work remotely and in-office (BGC).
We are looking for someone who is tech savvy, detail oriented, efficient, and have good communication skills.
This is mostly a back-end desk job that involves communications primarily on emails and minimally on calls (no cold sales calls - calls will only be for coordinating with service providers).

· Tech savy and can easily navigate through familiar or quickly learn unfamiliar programs such as Trello, Notion, Wix, Evernote, Microsoft programs, Google programs, and the like
· Must be detailed oriented and can handle creating or editing documents
· Patient and efficient such as in handling service providers and getting tasks completed
· Good communication skills especially in written English
· Mostly back-end desk job involving documents, emails, and task management programs
· Experience in working in real estate industry is a plus
