Demand is increasing and the talent pool is steadily shrinking as the Philippines overtakes all other countries as the leading source of remote workers. Through intensive training and the development of talents from underprivileged neighborhoods in the Philippines, we discovered the chance to offer customer care, tech assistance, and any back office support to the worlds most globally conscious businesses.

In a nation where 97% of the population can read and write English, the average unemployment rate is 8.24%, and undergraduates account for 34 of that figure, we expect to boost the growing outsourcing sector. We are offering a talent resource that is sustainable through MERIDIAN REMOTE TEAMS, and this talent resource is helping to enhance lives and communities.

We take great pride in being a woman-owned business.

We discovered a solution to the widening economic disparities around the globe in support of the Youth Global Movement. This approach would encourage the worlds leading businesses to support our goal through remote labor.
