Medical Center Paraaque, Inc. was founded in November 12, 1977. It was founded by a group of enterprising physicians and businessmen that year. Initially, it was authorized by the Department of Health to operate a 50 bed capacity with services such as Operating and Delivery Rooms, diagnostic analogue X-Ray, Laboratory, Nursery, Dental clinic, Pharmacy, ICU, and ambulance services. On July 31, the Security Exchange Commission approved the incorporation of the hospital. From a level story building, it was forced to add to more floors to accommodate its increasing patient load and medical staff.
