Peking Garden opened its doors to the dining public at the Ayala Center, Makati City on July 28, 1995.
Peking Garden is a partnership between Hong Kong-based Maxim's Caterers, Ltd. Inc. and Manila's Exotic Cuisine, Inc. Seasoned chefs and staff were flown in from Hong Kong and trained its equally competent local team, the true art of Chinese culinary preparations.
Since its historic opening date, Peking Garden has clearly positioned itself as a sought after fine dining Chinese restaurant that serves authentic and classic Northern Chinese cuisine. It became synonymous with its famed "Peking Duck" entree, dubbed as the "best peking duck in town".
