Branch Manager

-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch and the implementation of all the standard operating procedures of the company to immediately address and solve all issues and concerns of the branch.
-Schedule a monthly meeting with branch personnel and all members of the organization and disseminate all the information and memos issued by the Operations department regarding operations matters, promotions, special rates, and amendments to the existing company policies and procedures.
-Provide good customer service to all clients and attend to their needs. Market new clients and achieve the common goal of the company.
-Make recommendations on how to increase branch sales, scout for strategic location to open a branch, and come up with other ideas that can help the company grow even bigger.
-Protect all the company property, like motorcycles and panels, and maintain its presentability and cleanliness, as well as office supplies and furniture and fixtures.
-Perform other duties that management may assign from time to time.
-provide guidance and delegate responsibilities, when deemed necessary, to the staff to meet company goals and objectives.

-Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing or any related field
-2 to 3 years of experience in a related field
-Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
-Analytical and problem-solving skills
-proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage others
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft office
-Willing to be work in Metro manila or the provinces (nationwide)
