Company Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Company Nurse to join our team. The Company Nurse will provide healthcare services to employees, promote health and safety programs, and ensure compliance with health regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining a healthy work environment and addressing any health-related concerns within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
-Employee Health Services: Provide first aid, emergency care, and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.
-Health Assessments: Conduct regular health assessments and screenings for employees.
-Health Education: Educate employees on health and wellness programs, including disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
-Medical Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.
-Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
-Incident Reporting: Document and report workplace injuries and illnesses in accordance with company and legal requirements.
-Health Promotion: Organize and implement health promotion and wellness programs.
-Liaison: Act as a liaison between employees and healthcare providers, facilitating referrals and follow-up care as needed.
-Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans for health-related incidents.
